well its about time for an update.. I finally got rid of aol and got dsl.. which means the web page is gonna have to be redone and placed in geocities instead of in here.. the dsl is so worth if from what I can tell so far.. much much better than what I was using with aol. I was so mad with aol all the time. anyway.. soon the diary will be located elsewhere..

one apology and a little talk, and things are back on track around here.. I deleted the last entry. I guess it was a bit harsh, and I was miffed as i said... I try to not say things when im mad ill have to take back.. so I guess i should also consider making jounal entries when Im mad private.. oh well..
anyway things here are better for now.. we have once again decided not to go the open route but to stick to the commited route and see if we can make it work a little better this time.. its been a year and a half so we wanna try this before letting things get out of hand..

12:39 pm - okay more shopping coming up..
|
Hopefully this will be the last day of shopping.. I dont like to shop but there are a few more things to get done. I also have to get a damned turkey for christmas this year cause my sister is set that since we didnt have turkey for thangsgiving she needs to have it for christmas or she will just explode..
Eric is sitting over there eating cereal right now.. and soon as he gets ready and Taylor gets off the bus from school (early release day today) I will get them loaded up.. drop Taylor off at grandmas house and head to finish the shopping. We just got back from mailing out the gifts priority mail to his family so they should get them christmas eve this year .. hopefully unless the mail runs late which it better not..hehe.
I am not sure what the stocking stuffers are going to be yet.. I think crayons and stuff like that for taylor.. just some little toys that she will probably like more then the expensive ones we got for her.
I still have to get Erics dust devil yet... for his car.. I did get his new headlights and installed them in his car yesterday.. It took forever to find the right lights and it doesnt seem to have improved the vision much from what he is telling me. I guess I am gonna have to get him the entire frame and all so the vision is a bit better.. who knows..
Taylor should have a good christmas this year.. she is getting tons of new toys and stuff..
Sis is almost done unless I just find something nice out there that I think she would like. that doesnt cost an arm and a leg.
Still have to get mom something yet today.. but that should be easy. She has become very much a computer person.. or should I say an online person. she doesnt know much about the computers really but she does like to be online.. so I guess she is becoming an internet junkie. I was thinking about getting her a web cam.. she is single now ya know..hehe Lord I dont even want to think about what she will do with one..hahaha. I guess its the thought that counts and what i think she will do with it isnt very christmas oriented..LOL
My neice toni is done and my brother jeff is done. so for the most part.. im um.. not even close to finished..oh well like I said more shopping coming up..

okay its the countdown to christmas now..its one week from today and there is much left to do. I still am responcible for getting the stocking stuffers..which is a job in itself... Last year I spent almost 500 on stuffers..ugh. I still need to get Erics shopvac or dirt devil picked up. I am getting him new head lights for his car too.. he doesnt know about those. He is also getting set of hair clippers and maybe a few other little things yet.. so I am not done with him by any means. I still have yet to get something for my mother. She wants a pizza cooker, and I have been thinking bout the one called pizaz pizza cooker from presto. I think I can get it here on time they ship 24 hours from the order date so It should arrive before christmas. I am at a loss as to what else to get for her. Taylor my neice is gonna be easy.. toys toys toys.. thats not too rough. She loves anything barbie. I would like to get her some stuff she can play alone too, because she has become so dependant and wants someone to play with all the time. I have never seen a kid with so little imagination where playing by her self is concerned. I was thinking stuff like lego and building logs with little people to put in what she builds.. and then of course some barbies, babies and so on. Maybe a computer game or two since she is pretty good at playing her games on the computer.
I need to get my sister one more gift yet...and then she is done done done..

8:14 pm - Okay Okay its time for an update
|
Okay its been a while since my last update.. my teeth are good now.. I had a bad toothache but now all is well in that area. Its amazing what a trip to the dentist um and bank will do for ya.
things are going smoothly between Eric and I hmm could this be a good or bad thing. Usually when things are going too well I tend to look at the lights ahead of me and think "TRAIN"..hehe, but I think we have just gotten to that point where things are pretty smooth overall. The jealousy and stuff like that seems to have worked itself out for both of us.
I am sitting here typing this on a huge new desk he got me for christmas this year.. I got it early and got to put it up early too. I am really loving this desk.. its way too big for the room I look like I should be in some big business with this thing. I got Eric and early gift too... I got him a diamond and saphire ring of white gold. He seems to really like it. I kinda let him pick it out. I went in and looked at several rings and then asked him which ring he liked and he picked the same ring I wanted to get for him. I wanted the damn thing for myself..haha but would rather give it to him I guess..LOL anyway he wanted a diamond and now he has it. I am also getting him a
dirt devil for his car.. he cleans that thing five times a week, I got him a jewelry chest thats really kewl too. I have a few more little ideas to take care of before the big morning.. but in general we each have our big gift from each other. I got my sister a diamond bracelet she wanted and a diamond tanzinite ring which they say is gonna be worth quite a bit soon.. we will see..
We got Erics family all finished.. We are kinda limited in this area cause we have to mail the gifts, but we got his mom a nice stereo system and his dad some little harley davidson stuff which he loves.. his sister some frogs.. no shit some frogs..LOL okay she has one room totally decorated in frogs so we got her some stuff for that room. We got his grandma a couple things too.. its gonna cost a fortune to mail all this stuff which we need to do in the next day or two..
We have taken care of my sister, and my brother who is also gay, and each other, but I still have to take care of my mom (who keeps saying get me nothing please) and my neice and maybe my other brothers.. I also have a few more things to get for Eric.. its gonna be a mad house round here for the next week or so.
We have gotten a computer for my sisters oldest child too.. just an imac but she really needed it, and its gonna be a gift truely appreciated, she will get a good use out of it im sure...
I didnt win the lotto. I played though.. you gotta play to win. I wanted that 100 million jackpot.. but some other lucky people won..congrats to them.. the rotten f&*%#^s hehe.

well I have got the worlds worst toothache right now.. owww owww owww.. I chipped a tooth in back and when i chipped it the filling fell out of it.. so now I have a hole in my tooth you could park a chevy in. ouch.. it hurts to just think about the dang thing. I also have a virus on my computer..and am going to do a total F-scan on it this afternoon..ugh.. not sure which of them hurts worse..hehe. I guess its life in the fast lane..gotta learn to deal with the fact that virus are out there..and that people like to send them to me.
okay norton seems to work most of the time, so I guess Ill get the new version of that for my computer.. the good thing is that I have most of my pictures saved.. I am going to save a few more of them and then I am going to wipe this computer out..and clean it up.. ugh I hate doing that but its life

7:17 am - on to christmas
|
well I guess I could not have asked for the day here to go too much better yesterday. I thought I was gonna have to hold off dinner until around five when eric got off work, but he got off early so we were able to eat around 330 or four which kept everyone else happy. I got up early and fixed bacon and eggs and bagels for everyone so that people would not be starved all day long, then eric went to work around noon. My mom came over around three and helped me with fixing the sweet potatoes and the bean casserole, everyone got along and there we no fights. other than a little incident with baby powder my neice had a pretty good day.. oh wait she also decided that while her uncle was busy and her mom was sleeping it woudl be a good idea to put a half a bottle of gel in the cats hair so it would look good for the holiday dinner.. but other than that she was at her best..hehe. I did sort of burn the bean casserole but you couldnt tell really, the ham turned out to be really good and the rest of it wasnt too bad. I surprise myself every once in a while and the fact everything was edible was a shock to everyone else I am sure. after dinner and a quick clean up, we sat and talked for a while, taylor went to bed and it ended up being my mom, my sister, eric and me talking at the table. It was the first time I can really remember talking to my mom about sex with eric right there..LOL it was kinda funny. She is newly single and is kinda old fashioned about sex and its part in a relationship. and of course my sister is mentally handicapped and sex crazed at this point, so eric and I were the voices of restraint, mom was the prude and my sister was talking about doing things to vegtables that made me think I may be a strict carnivor from this point on..LOL It was quite the conversation, my mom was wondering at what point she should even consider sex with a guy, I was like well how cute is he..LOL anyway, it was quite the conversation I will leave out some of it for those of you who may be thinking what a sick family I have at this point...LOL.
the night finished shortly after I went to feed the family horses, everyone else was at a horse show so it was up to me to hold down the fort so to speak.. well I guess I had better get to work and try to get something done today.. I am gonna work a really short day tomorrow so i am going to have to work kinda hard today..

10:50 am - HAPPY THANKSGIVING
|
well its going to be a trying day..hehe I am the cook today for the thanksgiving meal. Mom isnt up to being the one doing the cooking and I dont blame her. I guess by process of elimination I became the cook and the one having everyone over. I tried to make it easy on myself, by gettting a spiral ham instead of a turkey. I am also making mashed potatoes, a sweet potato casserole, potato salad, regular salad, green bean casserole, rolls, cranberrys, and pumpkin and cherry pie. I think I can handle it all. Eric and I have gotten all the christmas decorations done outside of the house except for the ice lights hanging from the roof. So far it looks good, and the tree is up inside as well as the lighted reigndeer lighted wreath and the other assortments of decorations. I cant wait until its all finished, its one of the parts of christmas I dont really like. I have the gay gene and dont mind shopping so much, or even the cooking but the decoration part drives me crazy.. so the worst is almost over. anyway.. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and I hope things are well

well its been a while since my last update but not as long as normal.. things here are okay.. its been a sort of rough couple days.. but I wont go into it all. Eric doesnt like me to put things on here for everyone to read. All I can say is I am totally right on this one and I think we both know it.. even though he is trying to act like he thinks he is right.. there is no way he can actually think he is..
Oh well wont dwell on this one too long on here..
got to be up at four am and go to jacksonville to take toni to the airport.. she is going back to columbus to see her b/f for thanksgiving and then will be back on the first of dec..

12:29 pm - I'M BACK...
|
well we are back from the trip to upstate NY and then to Montreal and the Cher concert in Orlando.. wow time off sure goes faster than time at work..
We started off monday morning very early around 2am caught an early flight to Syracuse NY. Went on Jet blue airlines which I highly reccomend not only cause the flights were cheap and went well but the tv at every seat is kinda kewl..anyway.. we arrived in Syracuse around 11:40 am Rented a buick le sabre and then drove to the upstate area.. we drove through some pretty serious cow towns. I thought florida had some rednecks.. but this area made little gainesville look pretty much like the big city..hehehe. We got into Erics moms town around 3:30 pm we were a little too early since she was still at work so we went to visit a lady he grew up around who owns a tanning salon.. she we kewl we ended up having drinks with her later on in the week. We finally made it to his familys house around 530pm. I got to meet his mom, dad, sister, brothers, cousins, grandparents, and their dog.. I have to say all in all they were very nice people. I was not sure what to expect since this is the first time he brought a b/f home for a visit... they were very cordial even if they dont really like the situation. I guess some of them are fine with gay people and then some are not, but they were all at the very least polite and friendly. We ended up staying with Erics sister "Tess" who is a hoot and a half.. hell I thought my family was full of perverts..hehe we are about equally matched though..LOL We kinda used Tess's house as our home base and did the visiting each day setting out from there.. on friday we left for montreal.. which I dont highly reccomend.. the place itself was kewl, we went to some clubs which were pretty good with the exception of the wrong music being on the wrong dance floors.. they had house music which had the biggest crowd of dancers on the smallest floor.. stupid stupid stupid.. anyway we checked out the strip bars too.. (they go all the way to nothing there) I got a chance to see a couple freaks of nature. I never saw anyone who looked to be a good ten inches when not hard before..LOL but there were a couple of them there. We didnt stay at the strip bar too long though.. there was too much else to do, to sit there and watch nekkid bodies all night.. we kinda did the whole circut there stopped into anyplace that looked interesting.. the places were okay but the people for the most part spoke in french.. though they are mostly bilingual there. I got the feeling we were pegged as being from the states everywhere we went and they dont like people from the states... we did run into a few other americans but for the most part other than the prostitutes on the streets none of the locals even wanted to speak to us.. when we did go into places to eat we got horrible service and usually with an attitude.. I dont reccomend montreal all that highly but it was something to see at least once.. anyway we left there sat afternoon after doing a little shopping and went back to the potsdam area cause we were supposed to go out with a group of people from up there.. (we had done this a few times already) but the plans fell through.. we ended up driving a couple hours and going to watertown to the one and only gay club in the area of upstate NY it was actually a kewl little bar called "clueless" I think we ended up having too much to drink and not enough to eat though.. and eric and I were both tired.. we ended up getting a little pissy with each other and calling it a short night.. but we had it all worked out in the morning and things were fine..We did both have fun at that club though.. anyway.. we went back to potsdamn and spent the day sunday with his family just kinda hanging out .. later that night we packed up and flew home on monday to orlando.. we went to the cher concert there monday night.. it was a good concert but nothing to write home about.. to be honest cindi lauper did a better performance in my opinion than cher did.. after the concert we went to Parliment house in Orlando where we had gotten a room.. it was really close to the concert venue.. we went to the club there and Erics friends were there.. one of them is a kewl enough guy and the other one tries really hard to create drama.. as soon as we walked through the doors there they were .. standing with erics Ex...LOL figures.. it had been that kinda day.. the friend who is always trying to create drama did his best to try to create some.. while Erics ex tried really hard to hit on him for the night..LOL Eric asked me not to say anything, so i didnt I just kinda ignored it all and had a few drinks.. in the morning eric told me he didnt think he should have asked me to not say anything.. I agreed but it was done and over with.. no harm no foul.. besides the guy had a pot belly from hell..LOL I knew eric had no interest..hehe.. we got home to gainesville by around 2:30 pm on tuesday.. and have been busy catching up laundry and doing chores as well as we both had to work today..

7:23 pm - life = Drama
|
okay so here is the wrap up of my life lately..
sometimes I wonder how I am still sane at all. I should be in a mental facility by now I think.
sis is doing okay but still has a little discharge coming from her head now and then.. I am not sure that the doctors even know why it is happening.. her shunt in the back of her brain seems to be working correctly though. She as normal is knocking at my door a hundred times a day, even though she means well, its enough to drive a man to drink. there is nothing like someone waking you up at 3 in the morning to tell you that secret has a new deodorant and she thinks she would like to change to that brand....
Taylor my neice that I am raising is doing well over all.. she is doing okay in school but to be honest I need to spend a little more time with her working on her numbers and letters.. she is in kindergarden and really does not need to be falling behind. I just finished working on her second outfit for halloween. she wanted to be a witch but then the school said she cant be anything scary so she needed a second costume.. so now she is a witch and an angel.. Taylor has some small problems but over all is doing well. she is the typical five year old kid.. totally interested in anything she should be leaving alone and not interested in things she should be doing.
My one brother is moving into a place that I am not sure he can afford and he is moving there with my sisters oldest child who is now of age to do her own thing.. the two of them are not getting along famously from what I can gather and i may be having another house guest soon.. which is fine.. its just the drama of it all .. everyone telling on each other that I dont like.
my mom is doing not so well.. she has not been herself at all lately. her health isnt good, and from what I understand she may need a liver transplant soon. I am not sure what to think of all that. She has been diagnosed with cancer from what she is telling me.. and she also has liver problems. I hate to even say so but its hard to know what to belive and what not to belive, since she has a tendency to exaggerate things at times. I belive what she is telling me but at times its almost like she is trying to make things worse than they are. I was in the hospital with her a while ago keeping her company during some tests.. the nurse came up and said it was a mild ulcer and that it was nothing to worry about.. I was there ten minutes later when one of my brothers called to see how she was doing .. I sat and listened to her tell him the doctors were very concerned and that it was a very serious ulcer .. I almost fell over.. i think she forgot I was in the room.
my brothers that are twins are having a little come apart of their own.. they are not getting along very well and the family business is splitting a couple ways .. one of them is going to move to texas with his new girlfriend who is divorcing her husband and is in the middle of the court process for that. her husband has come to our property and stolen her truck though it was in both their names and there have been all kinds of other problems with all of that.. I am not going to go into all thats going on between the two of them cause I am not there to see what is going on.. I can just say its another family drama..
oh yeah my mom and her husband are going through a divorce of their own.. since he got caught cheating on her.. though he calls wanting to come home since this is not a convient time for him to have to pay his own way....LOL
eric and I are trying to get ready to go to new york and canada soon.. we are supposed to leave next week.. if the world is still standing.. I am sure some way some how.. it will get messed up .. not sure how yet.. it would be my first vacation in years ..
okay well I think I got enough of all this off my chest to at least relax for a few minutes.. there is so much more.. but what good does it do to complain..
one last thing.. I hate it when people are having problems with each other and rather than talking to the person they are mad at they come tell me.. I am not the ruler of the universe, and I cant make people get along..
as a wrap up ..
my mom is mad at two of my brothers..
one of those two is mad at her..the other one is moving into a place he cant afford.. he is mad at my neice who is also mad at him.. the other brother is mad at one of the first two.. my sister is mad at two brothers .. eric is mad at his boss.. I am just going mad...

|
well its official even my toenails are tired and sore at this point.. ugh. I have really needed to get back into working out and trying to bulk up a bit. Its been a few weeks again and I think I am starting to see a lil bit of improvement. I am tired though and sore. I am still covering the entire farm by myself so I am busy out there all day.. then today I did the entire lawn with a push mower .. dont laugh you need to see the size of the lawn first..haha. and then we worked out for a while tonight again. I have managed to put on about 17 pounds over the last two months .. I am not sure its all muscle though. I have started to get a belly so I am working alot on that area lately. I like to have little squares there and right now I dont. I have sorta squares and thats not good.
Everything is a go for our vacation.. the plane tickets are bought and paid for.. the cher tickets are bought and paid for.. I have a replacement here for when i am gone.. eric has the time off work too.. the only thing left to do is rent a car for the trip and thats something I will prolly do last min. other than that and packing we are ready to go.. its a few weeks yet until the trip, we have gotten some new clothes and stuff already. I cant wait to meet erics folks and to be honest I cant wait to hit montreal either... look out canada.. here I come..haha.
other than that things here are pretty much the same...

9:16 pm - working out
|
okay so time for yet another update.. Eric and I have been working out some lately. trying to get into some decent shape before leaving to visit his family in New York and then on to montreal canada.. woo hoo. I am looking forward to the trip and the time away from the daily stress around here. I think E and I really need this break to be able to spend some time by ourselves when in Montreal and it will be nice to finally meet his family. I have talked to all of them except his brother on the phone at one point or another. E and his brother are kinda estranged from what I can tell , but I havent pressed the issue to talk about it. The rest of the family are kewl though. I think E will be really happy to finally visit home too.. its been a few years since he has been there. I know we just need the break from our daily grind if nothing else.
We have been going out some here and there but we have kinda kept it to a minimum so we will have more money for our trip.. I want to be sure to have fun..hehe I got the cher tickets already dont know if I already put that in the journal or not.. but we are going to see cher the day we return to fla.. it should be kewl.. farewell tour and all.
I have spent the last month packing on weight trying to have something to build muscle with so hopefully I can get it all turned hard before we leave..LOL I know I hate when my stomach doesnt look good. I think its because I find it to be one of the most sexual areas on a guy and so I want my stomach to look good. I love the line "there is no such thing as a straight man with abs" haha its true ya know.. straight guys dont worry nearly as much about their bodies as us gay dudes do.. we are so critical.
its still busy here with everyone gone to the horse show.. but its life in the fast lane if you cant handle it.. move outta the way I guess..LOL
well I am taking my mom to the airport tomorrow so she can watch the show.. everyone else went early with the horses to set up and get the horses ready to show.
Eric and I are doing well .. our jealousy problems still exist now and then and we do still argue now and then but we have both loosened up alot lately.. we both know we love each other.. us seeing someone else and being attracted.. or us getting into a fight over some thing stupid isnt going to change that.. and I think we have finally accepted it inside ourselves. Its not easy to do that.. there is always some doubts in your head when you love someone.. but if you love someone you cant trap them .. you have to make them want to never leave..
well I guess thats it for now.. I am tired.. for all of you who have said hello and not really gotten one back or have gotten a short reply... sorry.. well its friday, and its only the rest of today and its the weekend, but its not really going to be much of a break. Everyone is going out of town to a horse show this weekend and next and the one after.. I am going to be doing the entire farm by myself for a bit. it shouldnt be too bad.. because some of the horses are turned out now, and they are taking 8 with them to the nationals too, but its going to be like maybe 10 or twelve left inside for me to care for, clean up after, get worked, and so on... plus feeding the ones outside. It shouldnt be that bad I guess. Hopefully time will fly by.. I will also have taylor (my neice) for that entire time period and my sister non stop.. my sister is mentally handicapped for those of you who dont follow this on a daily basis. Eric and I are going to stop going out pretty much from now until we go to NY and Montreal.. so this will help cause I am going to be too tired to want to go out.. it should give me more time to work out and try to be in really buff shape when we go. Eric and I both went and got another tattoo the other night. E got a big one on his arm.. I got the male/male locking rings with the arrows on my waist half above half under the shorts line..hehe. they both look kewl, I just want to be sure I am looking good to show it off..haha.
E is doing well at work, and seems to be happy in general right now.. I am happy too. We have our moment still where we both think the other has totally lost common sense, but over all our arguements have become less and less. Its going to be a stressful couple weeks though so ask me how we are doing around october 20th or so..LOL
I got an email from a really cute boi in georgia today who said he follows the page now and then.. so hello Justin. I forget sometimes that other people stop in and read about my life.. I guess that I should really update more. well thats it for now

9:39 pm - time for an update

hmm well where to begin...
Eric and I are doing well. Very well in fact. Actually I have had the flu for a few days and am just recovering..ugh its been running rampant in the area and I never catch the flu but this one got me. Eric pulled his back at work and is slowly recovering. We havent been out in quite a while. I think we are going to go out tomorrow for a drink or two.
Eric brought me home a big teddy bear today.. very sweet.
We have been saving up some cash since getting his car paid off, and are going to take a trip to upstate new york to visit his family and then on to montreal for a day or two before flying home just in time to see the cher concert in orlando. should be a fun week off.
Macho the mighty dog is doing well and may well be the best pet I have ever had. Totally lovable, and very sweet natured. we bought him a little rainbow colored dog collar with a tag that says "gay dog" its so funny.
Sis is doing well all her test came back good and she is stable for now.
Mom is doing okay I guess, its so hard to tell with her.
My brothers are going out of town soon and the entire farm will be in my hands for a little while..ugh I will be way too busy for a couple weeks.
hmm other than this I guess there isnt that much to report, life if good for now.
